Our mobile practice serves dogs and cats in the city of Snohomish and surrounding areas

Step 2:  Have your regular veterinarian (and/or your specialist) fax or email all medical records including X-rays or lab work to snopets@drcorigross.vet. 

Step 3:  If you are a new client, you must click on this link to fill out a New Patient History Form.  Please ALSO fill out the contact request form (step one).  If you have any technical issues, please let us know and we will provide you with a Word document instead.

As soon as we have received the online history form AND the medical records, we can get you on the calendar.

EMAIL IS BEST - Dr. Cori is usually with patients, so most calls go to voicemail.
